Kelly Brook has been named the celebrity with the best body and breasts in a new poll. The TV presenter left Transformers star Megan Fox in second place and Angelina Jolie in third, according to a survey done to More! Magazine’s readers. Brook won the boobs category with with 40% of the vote. Meanwhile, Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss were chosen the stars with worst bodies. Kelly is currently in US for the filming of her movie Piranha.

Kelly Brook will turns 30 in November and she wants to be at her best. The actress/model knows the body changes as time goes by and she tells the people of Mirror.uk that happiness is the secret to her killer curves. “I’m turning 30 this year and my aim is to be in the best shape I have ever been,” she says. When asked about her secret to her looks, she said, “I’m in love, healthy and happy.” On diets: “I’ve always tried to stay in shape, but have never been very good at sticking to a routine. Now I’m really focused on getting fit I’m glad I’ve found someone who makes the whole experience fun and enjoyable, but at the same time knows how to get the best results. I’m 29 now and my body’s not what it was when I was 20.” She adds, “The best lesson life has taught me is not to put too much pressure on yourself to be something you’re not.”

Kelly Brook has revealed she doesn’t wear underwear whenever she can. The model/actress says she prefers clothes which boost up her breasts and hide her tummy so she can skip wearing her bra and knickers. She explains, "I like to wear stretchy clothes that will fit my narrow back as well as accommodate my bust, and I prefer classic, structured shapes. I love being able to control my waist and push up my boobs. When the structure is good, I don't need to wear underwear!" Kelly, who often tops beauty polls for her curvaceous assets, confesses her big bust attracts male attention since she was younger. She said, "I would see a crowd of teenage boys peering at me through the window during ballet rehearsals. I just decided to strap them down and get on with it."
Kelly embarks on crash diet to slim down - 2009-04-30
Kelly Brook is reportedly on a crash diet to shed off some weight. The model/actress, who regularly wins praises for her curvaceous body, has decided to go on a diet of just juice and vegetables after seeing photos of herself in a swimstui. Kelly was spending a vacation in Barbados with boyfriend Danny Cipriani, when she saw photographs of herself spilling out of a bikini. A source tells the Daily Mail: "Normally Danny helps Kelly with her exercise regime but he wanted her to relax on holiday. "She wore the same bikini two years ago and thinks she looked bigger in it this year. She’s not drinking alcohol and is doing an organic detox for a week."

Kelly Brook keeps being blasted for her failed appearance on Britain’s Got More Talent. The Show host Mulhern said he realized it wouldn’t have worked it out. He tells the press, "You need a certain standard if you are going to control a live show and from what I saw it wouldn't have worked." He added, “The format with four (judges) just didn't work. That wasn't Kelly's fault.”
